Sijjil Travels arranges Umrah and Hajj travel, including visa support, flights, hotels, transport, and guided group travel. Package details, inclusions, and availability can change, and seasonal Hajj places are limited. We confirm the exact details of your journey with you before booking.

Enquiries and bookings

This website is for information and enquiries. Bookings are arranged directly with our team, usually over WhatsApp, phone, or in person at our office. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the details with you and completed the steps we explain at that time.

Any prices or figures shown or discussed are indicative and may change based on airline fares, hotel availability, exchange rates, and the season, until your booking is confirmed.

Documents and visas

You are responsible for giving us accurate and complete information and valid documents in good time. Umrah and Hajj visas are issued by the relevant authorities, and their approval, timing, and rules are outside our control. We guide and support you through the process, but we cannot guarantee an outcome that depends on those authorities.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the terms of the airlines, hotels, transport providers, and visa authorities involved, and any fees they charge. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as early as possible and we will explain the options and any costs that apply.

Third-party providers

Parts of your journey are delivered by third parties such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies. Their own terms and conditions apply to those services. We take care in arranging your journey, but we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these independent providers.

Use of this website

The text, images, and design on this website belong to Sijjil Travels or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent. Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility is limited to arranging the services you have booked with reasonable care. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including decisions of visa authorities, airline or hotel changes, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
